Here’s a project we received pictures of which took a regular treated post and made it POP using some ledge-stone panels and a sharp tapered post wrap.
As you can see by the before and after pictures these posts look like so many. A treated 6×6 and the ugly galvanized post bracket. Using treated lumber and plywood the first step in this transformation was made by building a box to build out around the perimeter of the post bottom. Then using ELDORADO stacked stone panels a statement is starting to be made! The ELDORADO color used here is the very popular and attractive Nantucket Stone. (on display in our showroom!) Then a solid top piece was cut around the post and created a great transition between the stone bottom and PVC wrapped top. The 2 piece top wrap was painted white and cut to fit. The wrap comes complete with top and bottom trim to make a great finished look.
