I want to share something small—but meaningful—we recently installed a new door display in the Storm Lake showroom, and not even seven days later, we sold the exact same model. That’s a pretty clear sign that when we take action, when we build something eye-catching, when we stay focused on elevating the customer experience… things happen.
It was us living out our core values.

This display didn’t just magically show up. Katie and Kevin decided, “Let’s try it.” No overthinking. No excuses. No waiting for the perfect moment. It was done with initiative, pride, and momentum—and that mindset is contagious.

That display created a reaction. That’s what a wow experience looks like: people feel confident, excited, and ready to say yes because we made it easy for them to picture it in their life.

This is why our core values can just be a sign on the wall. They’re decision-making tools. They’re alignment. They’re the way we help people feel taken care of – from beginning to end.

So yes—the display was a win.
But the bigger win is what it says about who we are and what we do.
