Installation Tips

ZIP System is simple to install, but good details still matter.

Install the panels with the green side facing out. Follow the recommended fastening and panel spacing requirements.

Before taping, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Center ZIP System tape over each seam. Then use a ZIP System roller to firmly press the tape into place.

Take extra care around windows, doors, corners and other wall openings. Proper flashing in these areas is an important part of the complete system.
